I have just now read your “Statement of Solidarity in Action,” and, as a prospective student hoping to study at your school, am wondering if you can direct me to your Black colleagues and graduates of the training with whom I can connect to get a more complete perspective of how they navigated this training structure which you have admitted is rife with racism and white supremacy. I have navigated white spaces for most of my life and am wary of placing myself in yet another space in which I feel unsafe and invisible. I look forward to your reply.
