Prerequisites: All applicants for the LIMS® Certification Program in Laban Movement Studies are required to complete their study in the three (3) introductory courses–Introduction to Laban Movement Analysis, Introduction to Bartenieff Fundamentals, and Introduction to Anatomy & Kinesiology–before joining the program. Schedule 2022 – 2023

Term I

  • September 6 – December 16, 2022

(Thanksgiving break: November 24-25, 2022)

Term II

  • January 3 – May 12, 2023 

(Spring Break: April 3-7, 2023)

Program Costs:

  • Term I: $8,000
  • Term II: $9,000 (Includes Final Project Advising Fee: $1,000)

A deposit of $750 is due upon acceptance, which is then applied to the Yearlong tuition.

The Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies is authorized under Federal Law to enroll non-immigrant students via an F1 Student Visa.
